On 8/23/10, the Executive Committee continued its discussion of the VP Surveys. Senator Kalter will further refine the surveys. Senator Kalter / Elected Secretary of the Senate will administer the surveys, collect the data and distribute it to the Executive Committee. Motion XXXXII-2: By Senator Kalter, seconded by Senator Horst, that the elected Secretary of the Senate will be responsible for compiling the VP survey data and the statistical analysis and forwarding it to the Executive Committee. The motion was unanimously approved. The VP Surveys will be administered in the spring of 2011-12. The Executive Committee will decide if all surveys should go out annually. The Rules Committee will make the appropriate changes in the Blue Book. |
