1. Colleges/Milner Elect Tenure/Tenure Track Senate Faculty Representatives during the last week in February.

2. Non-Tenure Track Faculty Members Elect Senate NTT Faculty Representative in February.

3. Faculty Associates Elect Senate Faculty Associate Representative in February.

4. Student Government Association Elects Student Senators in March.

5. Civil Service and Administrative Professional Council Elect Senate Representatives during the summer.

Elections/appointments for the following committees are held by colleges or nominations are made by colleges or departments/schools and the elections are then held by the Academic Senate.

Council for Teacher Education August

1. APPOINTMENTS made by Provost in consultation with College/Milner Deans.

2. Senate Faculty Caucus CONFIRMS Appointments.

3. Student Government Association APPOINTS Student Representatives in consultation with CTE.

Council on General Education March

1. Colleges/Milner NOMINATE Faculty Representatives.

2. Senate Faculty Caucus ELECTS nominated Faculty Representatives.

3. Student Government Association ELECTS Student Representatives.

Academic Freedom Ethics and Grievance Committee March/April

1. Department Chairpersons/School Directors NOMINATE TENURED Faculty Representatives.

2. Nominees Submit One-Page Abbreviated Vitae to Senate Office.

3. Nominations and Vitae due by April 1.

4. Senate Faculty Caucus ELECTS nominated Faculty Representatives in Mid April.

Panel of Ten March/April

1. Department Chairpersons/School Directors NOMINATE Faculty Representatives.

2. Nominees Submit One-Page Abbreviated Vitae to Senate Office.

3. Nominations and Vitae due by April 1.
