Call to Order

The Senate Chairperson called the caucus to order immediately following the Senate meeting.

 

Approval of Faculty Caucus Minutes of April 12, 2006

Motion: By Senator Fowles, seconded by Senator Borg, to approve the Faculty Caucus Minutes of April 12, 2006. The minutes were unanimously approved.

 

External Committee Elections

The Faculty Caucus elected the following faculty members to the External Committees of the Senate:

Election of Campus Communications Committee Senate Representative

Senator Borg agreed to serve on the Campus Communications Committee for the 2006-2008 term.

 

Election of Council for Teacher Education Senate Representative (Term: 2006-07)

There were no volunteers to serve as the Senate faculty representative on the CTE to continue in the place of Senator Trissel. The election will be placed on the caucus agenda of May 10, 2006.

 

Election of College Liaisons

The Senate members who volunteered to serve as faculty liaisons, whose role is report to each college on Senate activities, are as follows:
